us men have boring stripes, solid colors, cotton, nylon and such.

Totally disagree on the quality factor, but with regard to style women view their underthings as bait or ammunition so they need to have a variety to keep things interesting.

Okay, well recently, my Vagina has been smelling a little bit odd. l can describe it, it's kind of a fishy odour.

l wash it thoroughly, wear cotton underwear, change my underwear everyday, and use unperfumed soap, but nothing seems to be doing the trick. ls there anything l can do to stop it smelling weird/odd? l don't think l have an infection because it's not itchy, red, or any weird coloured discharge, is there anything else to it? l am at my witz end and it's embarrassing!

The commonest cause is BV, bacterial vaginosis. Here the normal protective flora of the vagina,lactobacilli, have been either eliminated, often following a course of antibiotics, or overcome by anaerobic organism infection.

This needs to be confirmed by a swab taken at your practice.

Treatment is often antibiotics, however their is a high fail rate and sometimes local treatment with iodine pessaries is more successful. Either way lactobacilli can be reintroduced by instilling live natural yogurt after the infecting bacteria have been eliminated.

to begin, im a dude. i like to wear panties, sometimes thongs, though not very often. i started by just trying on my sister's underwear, but i never actually wore them under my clothes or anything. i tried them on and then put them back, and as of now i have never been caught, though there were close calls. anyways, i tried them on, put them back. i really like the way they feel, panties that is, thongs are ok, but they tend to chafe. i really like womens boy short underwear in like nylon, soft cotton and spandex. i'm pretty small, so they always fit good, but i never bought my own. now i know this makes me a cross dresser, so what i was hoping was that some one could give me advice on how to stop. any more questions to the nature of this, if you ask, ill give additional details for the next week. i should also point out im straight, and only into girls. also to ne one sicker than me, im not into my sister, the kind i m thinking about wearing are similar to this:

Treat it like an addiction. Get rid of any female garments you have, avoid buying the items, going near stores that sell those items, and if you live at home, ask your sister to keep her room locked. The bottom line is that you are doing it because you get some type of thrill from it but at the same time you abhor it and wish you didn't have this problem. If you read the twelve steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, etc. you will find that those steps can be applied to any compulsive problem.

I am travelling with my girlfriend and her parents on a holiday to India and we are leaving in 1 week. As my girlfriend and her parents
have never been there before they are taking alot of advise from
other people.

Leading up to our trip my girlfriend and her parents have made me
change the coloured brief underwear I normally wear to white
cotton long leg boxer shorts and a white singlet. They have
been told that this is the standard underwear worn over
there as the singlet looks more respectable under the
white long sleeve shirt and tie her father is wearing
and also making me wear.

I feel they are being given misguided information about many things
from mens dress standards to the womens dress requirements and
even the way the mens hair should be cut.

I even had to go to thier local Barber with her father last weekend for
an extremely short back and sides haircut held in place with hair oil
because that is what they have been told is the typical haircut for
men and boys in India.

Is what they are being told correct or am I going through these
changes for nothing ? I am sure not used to such old fashion
underwear and especially wearing a white long sleeve shirt
and tie feels strange. Although I am self concious about
such short hair and hair oil I realise I can't do anything
about it now as it has already been cut and shaved
very short.

I would be interested in the true facts if anyone has lived or travelled
in India.

Are you kidding? Indians will stare at you only if you are wearing bright-colourful Aloha shirts.. all the rest is okay .. tie is worn only if you are going for a businees meeting / interview or if its a part of your workplace dress code... Nobody really wears ties .. its not at all common, And
its a torture to wear it in such horribly humid weather.

Indian people here are used to tourists and have no problem with their different appearance.

Just wear whats comfortable for you.. 100% cotton clothes loose fitting and comfortable will work best. Not necessarily white too as i said.

As for haircut , only men with ponytails will be looked down upon :) rest everything is fine! I am an indian myself and have not put hair-oil for last 20 years.. its a personal choice , some people do it some don't.. some use other modern hair styling products.

So yes, white undershirt and boxers are the usual things. No one really wears colored underwear much.

( Just curious.. why does it matter to anyone what kind of underwear you wear? Apart from ur girlfriend may be ;) )

DO NOT call me gay I am STRAIGHT. I have a girlfriend. But I love to wear girls or womens panties. They are much comfier than mens underwear. And there are way more awesome sexy styles and better, prettier colors. I like to wear mostly any girly color pinks, blues, purple, yellow, green, and black and white. I love the bikini style! And I love them to have frills and lace! And also the materials are better, I love soft cotton panties and silky satin panties! So may I ask... Is all this normal? Thanks for reading!

Um...okay. I belive that your straight, but to be completely and utterly honest? This isn't nornal. In fact, it's downright weird. But if you think there confortable, you shouldn't stop. It's who you are.

Does your girlfriend know about this? If she doesn't, this may weird her out big time, and she may dump you.
She might not if she doesnt care, or if she really likes you, but I'm just warning you, if might happen.
