Size 2t are way too big and long.
Target or Wal-Mart. Gerber makes a type of underwear that has a thicker section in the middle to help in case of accidents. They are smaller then 2ts. That's all I can think of that would work. As far as I know 2t is the smaller in regular girls underwear.

Should I buy 4's or 6's. Underwear is usually 100% cotton and tends to shrink.
well my son is 36 pounds and i get him 4 a 2-3 fits but is a bit snug so i tossed them a 6 was huge im guess you just finished or are starting poty training congratulations on that it will make life so much easier

I've unfortunately I bought cotton underwear a size too big and wal-mart does'nt take back undergarments so now I am stuck with it. I think its hot water and then dry in the highest temp. but I want to make sure first. Anybody has any suggestions?
Hot water and a hot dryer are your best bets.
PS the underwear is men's size small. the underwear is also 90% cotton and 10% polyester. Please give serious answers, don't tell me to buy new ones cause I know i could do that, but I don't have the time or money to. Thank you.
Try washing them in the washing machine in hot water, then dry them in the dryer on high heat. Do them as a separate load. If they're 90% cotton it's very likely they will shrink noticeably, unless they've already been washed many times then they may shrink less or not at all. Hope this helps.
Also, if you're trying to shrink them cuz they're worn and stretched out, then they probably won't shrink much.
