Cotton Mesh Underwear

I went to planned parenthood today to do a round of exams and they said I had a bit of yeast in me. I've had a yeast infection before and know all about them but they told me that I should be sleeping in long teeshirts without underwear from now on to create less bacteria and a less easy environment for yeast to grow in.

I go to school and sleep in a dorm so the idea of no underwear esp with the way I sleep is quite a revealing idea.

Think I could wear something like mesh underwear for the breathablity factor?

Or would something that was made of that material be bad for me? I thought cotton underwear was my best choice!

I was thinking American Apparel's mesh underwear which is made of Nylon Spandex Micro-Mesh (90% Nylon / 10% Elastane) construction.

Or would thongs work? I never wear thongs right now so I dunno how cozy that would be for sleep.

mesh is bad. go cotton or nothing. For a natural way to get rid of the yeast, swallow a clove of garlic before you go to bed. You won't get garlic breath because you don't chew it.

Fabric- Silk, cotton, mesh, etc.

Is it an ok alternative to cotton.

If it is for a female, it should have a cotton crotch liner. The mesh may breathe for the torso part, but is still not healthy for the yeast beast.
