Cotton Boxer Underwear

Mainly, I need to find a company in India or China (or somewhere in the developing world) that can provide me with a small run (<10,000) of solid cotton boxer shorts, complete with a custom tag and small embroidery. Any specific recommendations or sites I should visit?

The cheaper the better. I am looking to spend no more than $5 per unit (all-in costs including materials, setup, manufacturing, shipping, and taxes).

Ive never worn cotton boxer shorts until recently. I cant believe how good they are at stopping your balls from sweating. WHY? What's the science behind this life saver?

Cotton boxer shorts stops balls from sweating? I don't think so.

Unless you are wearing ONLY a pair of boxer shorts in a cool place (indoors), balls or pubic area will still sweat. Even so, it just reduces sweating; it doesn't "stop" sweating.

If you are wearing only a pair of boxer shorts, the reason why it reduces sweating is because boxer shorts has larger openings through which air can ventilate.

Pubic area or testicles tend to get warm due to our legs coming close together, or even due to friction during walking. As a result, the air and body part warm up. In response, that particular area perspires in attempt to bring the regional temperature back to normal, a process known as homeostasis.

This is why your hands will sweat if you wear a thick plastic handgloves for a long period, especially in a warm area. Simply because there is no / limited air ventilation.

Try cutting a few openings on the handgloves, amount of sweating will reduce.

Hubby only likes one kind of underwear but they only come in white... just wondered if a dye job with RIT would work or if they'd have a white band.

The fabric in the waistband will dye, but any elastic that peeps through it won't. Try one pair and see.

I mean just one little boxer for women, or one brief is like $7 at Sears or Mervyns. It has no lace just cotton!

I mean it didn't take 9000 cotton weevils to make it.

I am finding tops at KMART or Mervns for $4-$5.

So why is underwear always expensive even more than nylon, or silk or anything else. I mean it's like a little rag?

Is it because we need it so much?

Cotton is in high demand. It is hard to find these days, with all the synthetics out there now!
