White Cotton Ankle Socks

I want decent Quality (not necessarily branded - don't need Nike or Wilson's etc) sports socks (for Badminton, running etc), I think 100% cotton are best (?) so I would problem like to hear answers which are 100% cotton (so nothing cheap from Sports Direct, Sports World).

Should I get, cotton, wool, nylon, acrylic, polyester, olefin, polypropylene, or spandex material for them? What colored stripes or no stripes?

do u think i could get away with a small 1-inch kitten heel, as long as its leather, black, polishable?

can u find like it i can get away with certain types of shoes, maybe jewelery,leggings, etc.

RULES
• Neither boys nor girls are permitted dramatic hair styles and/or hair colours.
• Girls' hair accessories (barrettes, head bands) should be navy blue, red, white or
Webber tartan.
• Visible neck and wrist adornments are not permitted.
• The hemline of a tunic or kilt must fall no higher than 2 inches above the knee.
• Make-up may be worn in Junior and Senior High but must be kept to a simple
minimum and must not be noticeable.
• Black leather polishable shoes should be clean, tied and polished at all times except
during PE class or recess.
• All shirts, except princess blouses, are to be worn tucked in.

WHAT I HAVE 2 WEAR ON MONDAYS
• Tartan kilt (no higher than 2" above knee)
• White button-down, monogrammed Oxford shirt (choice of long or short sleeve)
• White long sleeve princess style crested blouse
• School tie
• Navy crested blazer
• Navy knee high socks (no logos); navy tights or navy nylons
• Black or navy plain leather non-marking shoes that may be polished. (No heels
higher than 3 cm., no suede or patent-leather shoes; no coloured laces)

WHAT I CAN MIX AND MATCH 4 THE REST OF THE WEEK:
