Definately cotton, they keep your feet breathing and help your feet from smelling all sweaty (the nylon helps trap all that stuff inside.)

Nylon, lycra, rayon, spandex mixes make my feet sweet and I don't like that, Any help is appreciated!
I have even seen bamboo socks but didnt buy them because i wasnt sure they would wick away moisture in my dress shoes- Fall is here and it was cold today. I would like a nice comfortable sock and my feet are worth $15 or less a pair to me, LOL

etsy.com has lots of hand made ones you can buy, also if you can craft you can swap on craftster.org for some that is what i do :)

Im looking for a pair of all white cable-knit if you can find them but it can be rib-knit too over the knee socks. Im not looking for lycra or nylon socks, they can be cashmere, cotton, cotton blend/ cotton wool blend. I want a true over the knee sock not a knee sock that stretches to be otk. Is there any websites where I can find them?

Also Im wondering where i can find a pair of YSL charcoal gray knee socks I think they are ribbed, and have the logo on the top of the sock?

It says in the Bible in Leviticus 19:19 that I must not wear clothing made of two different kinds of material.

I am very worried. God himself says this to Moses so it is really serious. I wear socks made of cotton and lycra. Does this mean that I am damned to hell? Please help me.
This was a test question; I know my Bible but I don't believe in God. Those of you who do believe are remarkably confident about which of the Almighty's commandments are to be taken literally, and which aren't; many of those of you who thought I was just naive were remarkably rude about how you told me so.
Steve N - it's the same verse in both Bibles, mate. The meaning is unequivocal and it is a direct order from God to Moses.
Okay, one last time... I WAS JOKING! I am a biblically literate atheist who wanted to see what reaction I would get. Nobody else needs to give me a serious answer. I am pleased by the Christians' compassion but disturbed by the apparent ease with which they choose which bits of the Bible they decide to take seriously; I am amused by the mockery of the non-believers, being one myself, but not impressed by how they seemed to think that I deserved to be as stupid as I was pretending to be. For shame, guys; more of you should have tried to tell me that it's ok and that I didn't have to worry.

We are under the new covenant, not the old one. In other words, as Christians we are to adhere to the commandments in the New Testament.
I am by no means telling you to chuck the Old Testament, there is a lot of good stuff in there.
The command in Leviticus 19:19 is not repeated in the New Testament, therefore you are not bound by it.
So go ahead and wear those socks!
