How to prevent those white cotton buildup in sneakers?

I wear low cut cotten socks and it rubs up against the black inner padding of the sneakers (i wear jordan 1's ftw). someone once said that it's better to wear the same color sock so it doesn't show up but the thing is doesn't that mean there would be the same color of buildup but just camoflaged?

What you are talking about is called pilling.
You can buy special electric shavers for your clothes to take care of it, OR

Use a DRY disposable razor and GENTLY shave it off.
No water or shaving cream needed.

What is it about women that they feel exposing their body makes one attractive?

Why do women today feel that showing cleavage, belly buttons and thigh is a sign of beauty? You rarely see men half naked. Men wear sensible clothing - flat shoes, cotton underwear and socks (as opposed to nylon or synthetic fibers like women wear) and long sleeve shirts and pants. Women, on the other hand, complain that they're freezing but they will wear something low cut, backless or mini. Are women stupid or what?

I believe that most women show off their body parts because they have a very low self-esteem. They really don't value themselves. They feel that showing cleavage, butt, thighs, and belly buttons would give them the attention that they desire from men. I guess it makes them feel better about themselves. It is an inward issue going on that is expressed outwardly. I don't think that they are stupid...I believe that they're some internal issues going on that needs to be dealt with. Maybe they have been told all of their lives that they weren't going to amount to anything, their ugly, etc. Additionally, the media portrays a sexy women to be provocative, when the sexiness starts within.

*running gear question*?

i'm starting to run regularly, and realise that i probably need to get some proper running gear.

what type/model of running socks would you recommend? are those "hidden"/low cut ones good, or the higher ones? what kind of material should the socks be made of?

i'm not a serious runner, running maybe about 2-3 km/ 1.2-1.9 miles everyday (more or less...depends on the weather).

are proper running shorts/tops necessary? i'm currently just using a normal cotton t-shirt and shorts, with a cardigan over if it's a litte chilly.

i have a pair of asics running shoes, so that part's settled.

oh, and is it really different if i run out of doors and if i run on a treadmill? Which is better?

Thank you very much!

^here are some great sport socks.

no, it doesn't matter too much what you wear when you run.
it won't affect your running.

not one is better than the other. it depends on the weather outside.
the only thing better about treadmills is that you can run on an incline, which will really strengthen your legs. =)
