Black Cotton Crew Socks

I'm going into a new school and the uniform is crazy. It's 3 PAGES LONG!! Bear with me.
This is just the girls:

Slacks- khaki, traditional classic, straight leg only (no cargo pants, SHORTS ((OMG)), bell bottoms, hip huggers, jeans) Pants should be neatly hemmed at the correct length.
Skirts- green and black plaid ONLY, pleated or kick pleat. Skirt length should be no shorter than 3 inches above the knee.
Blouse- Plain white Oxford, button down collar, long or short sleeve
A plain white undershirt and turtleneck may be worn but only in Oct.-Feb.
Socks- plain white cotton crew socks, mid-calf
Blue tights may be worn in the winter season
Belt- dark brown leather
Sweater- Navy v-neck pullover with school emblem
Shoes- Dark brown lace-ups ONLY

Accesories-

Traditional hairstyle with natural haircolor
Conservative earrings- 2 earrings permittable but only on the earlobe. Hang no longer than 1 inch below the ears
No necklaces
No more than 2 bracelets.
Shirts tucked in revealing belt
No writing on body or uniform
No head bands, scarves, or ribbons
No hats or bandanas
Fingernails appropriate length
Polish- clear or French tips ONLY
No body peircings
Must have school approved shoe laces


Consequence of Violations:

1st offense, student comfrence
2nd offense, detention
3rd offense, suspension

WHAT the helll?! is this school or prison? i tried to think of stuff but then the acessories rules killed all the good ideas i had. im sorry, i feel so bad for you :/

My dress code is so strict and there are no loop holes that I have found so far so I'm stuck wearing the same thing as the rest of the school. It is so strict here are the rules.


Bottoms- pants, capris, shorts/skorts/skirts (to the knee). Can be khaki or black. Material: cotton/twill, denim, corduroy (NO spandex).
No oversized, tight fitting, bagging, sagging, or low rise (at least a 4-inch zipper) .No oversized, tight fitting, bagging, sagging, or low rise (at least a 4-inch zipper). NO cargo pockets, skinny pants.

Tops-short or long-sleeved crew-necked t-shirts, sweatshirts (pullover, hooded, or zippered), No undershirts. Colors: turquoise, black, gray. Materials: cotton blend, NO spandex. No oversized or tight fitting. No holes or tears. No layering with tanks or vests over a t-shirt, scoop or v-neck t-shirts, no bolero style, crop style shirts. No layering

Jackets: light weight jackets only. turquoise, black, gray (including the hood lining) .No patterns, stripes, writing, or fur trim. Logos must be smaller than a half-dollar coin.

Accesories-Solid school colors only (turquoise, black, or gray): visible knee socks, undershirts, and hair bows (maximum of two)
Belts: black or brown leather (leather-like) worn in belt loops with plain belt buckles, no initials or skulls.
Shoes/sandals: must have a back or back-strap
Not Allowed: scarves, neckties, extreme make-up, earrings greater than 1” in diameter, gloves, slogan buttons, stickers on clothing or face, bandannas, chains, pins, writing on clothing, studded items, necklaces 18” or longer, caps or hats in the building.

Hair- Natural colors only, including highlights. No artificial colored extensions.

Hair styles such as Mohawks or Fauxhawks or any other similar style may not be greater than 2 inches in stature. No hair style may block a student’s eyesight.

So as you can see they are VERY strict. And it's really hard but if you would be able to find anything I could wear that would be AMAZING.

Oh yeah, and the spending budget, I don't really have one, when i find something I really like I buy it.(: But under maybe $100 for bottoms, under $30 for shirts, and accesories, have no budget.

Man, that sucks! And I thought I had it bad!
Try shopping at stores like Forever 21, with a more classy and sophisticated style. That's where I bought all my clothes, because they adhere to MY strict dress code, and they barely cost anything. I highly recommend their dresses! Good luck Paula!

you can tie cute belts around your pants and do neat stuff with your hair. change your hairstyle every day. like a french braid one day, 1/2 pony tail, side pony, etc. converse are cute! you can make your own at converse. com so if thats a possibility you can customize em with ur name or the school u go 2. jewelry can always be found at claires and forever21 for really cheap. they have tons of neat stuff and the ppl there r so nice!
