I want decent Quality (not necessarily branded - don't need Nike or Wilson's etc) sports socks (for Badminton, running etc), I think 100% cotton are best (?) so I would problem like to hear answers which are 100% cotton (so nothing cheap from Sports Direct, Sports World).

Hey all, I recently purchased a pretty tight collared shirt from Arizona Jean Co.....it is black and white horizontal stripes (with gray trim stripes between the black and white stripes)

My question is, how do I wash this shirt without the white stripes getting ruined?
Should I put the shirt in with my whites? (aka socks and white t-shirts)?

Or should I hand wash it (if so, how do you handwash clothes, I have never done that)

The shirt is 100% cotton and there are no washing instructions on the label.

If you had worn it you would know the color bleed by looking at your under garments they usually catch the color by sweat.Also check the white parts on the shirt if they are fine then wash them as you wash other clothes,if not then you can hand wash them.If you have a sink in your laundry room do in that or else in the kitchen.
You can take regular laundry detergent in water and dip the shirt in and then rinse clean.

For example: a guy who wears 100% wool cotton slacks, matching socks, with a iron button down collared shirt, nice shoes with matching belt... versus a guy who wears blue jeans, tennis shoes, white socks, and a polo. If it were the same guy, but just dressed differently as described above, how much more would you notice one over the other? I'm trying to prove a point to my guy friends.
The question is "who is noticed more" not who intimidates you? This question is not for intimidated people. Its a question of, from afar, would you notice the nicely dress man or the casual guy, from afar.
the first guy is not wearing a suit, I did not mention a sports jacket.

I think it depends on the occasion. I'd notice a dude wearing the fancy stuff at a fancy get together, but out and about or at school, I'd definitely notice the casual dude.

I work for an attorney, and we are in a building that is being remodeled, so from now until about Jan 11 two other employees and I will be working out of our bosses home .

He let us know that we can dress 100 per cent casual, and since he and his wife have a no shoes policy we can either bring slippers or work in our socks. Since it is winter I have plenty of warm clothes to wear.

At home, I usually just wear white cotton socks in my boots, but i wonder if I should buy a few pairs of dark socks for variety. I really dont slippers so I will take advantage of dressing down.

No one will see me besides my co-workers and maybe the bosses family.

Any ideas

Dress like you would at work, other than the shoes, the first day. Then adjust as you think appropriate.
