Cotton Spandex Skirt

Im thinking of getting it but it looks a bit short. Does anyone have it and do they find its a bit short? There isn't an American Apparel store near me unfortunately so i cant try anything on. I wouldnt be wearing it as a dress, just a skirt but i think in the photo's it looks a bit pulled up..?

wear it as a dress!!! omg its waay better as a dress! size 8-10 is small and size 10-12 is medium so your call. and i don't even think its short lol and ooh get royale blue or purple. cant do a smiley or anything cos im on the dodgy keyboard x

I'm thinking of buying a garment steamer (the Jiffy J-2000, to be precise). I'm sick of ironing and my style is such that most of my clothes require it.

Most of the clothes I would like to use the steamer on are skirts and dresses that are either cotton or a cotton/spandex blend. Will the steamer work well on these fabrics? Also have a few rayon and polyester dresses I'd like to steam... will it work well on these? Are there any fabrics that the steamer will not work as well on?

And I already know not to expect perfect, crisp results from the steamer as I would get from ironing. :)

Steamers are great as long as you use distilled water and a pinch of salt. For stretchie fabrics just hold the steamer a little further away from the material as you don't want it getting too hot and melting the stretch in it. Happy steaming.

Spandex doesn't shrink but cotton always does - wash the piece of clothing in hot water.

I have a skirt made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex. It is just a little too big for me, Is there a way of shrinking it.

SAME AS WHAT THE OTHERS HAVE SAID, WASH IT AND THROW IN HOT DRYER.. JUST KEEP AN EYE ON IT SO IT DONT WRINKLE. GOOD LUCK.

Small is approximately 22 1/4" (56.5cm) in total length so i imagine the xs would be very similar if not the same
