I would wear it in summer with bare legs and flat leather sandals...any nice summery top but since it is tight and short and your legs will be on show I would wear a little plain t shirt...any colour you like....

Black Mini Skirt Help Needed ?

I am going back to school, and I need a skirt to wear.
My friend has this one that I really like, but I don't know where she got it from.
It is a mini skirt, with a fitted waist. It has a kind of loose tulip shape, but it doesn't stick out at the sides. It has a band round the bottom hem, which is tight round her legs. It is black, and I think it's made from cotton.
Can anybody give me links to skirts similar to this, from shops OR website IN THE UK.

A cotton white top would work good so its not all a light or dark outfit, and pair it off with a big black belt.
