Fitted Cotton Dress

I'm going on holiday to a hot country and looking for summer clothes. I like simple clothing. A fitted, above knee length summer dress would be great, not over £25. I'm a size 8.

Ok, so I bought some cotton dresses for summer and winter that have a fitted bottom but have very little elastic in this part. By the end of the day it is stretched out and I usually can't wear them again because they no longer fit my butt area.

Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this? Anything?

They were really good buys but I like them- and don't want to throw them away after 1 wear.....

i would say take them to the dry cleaners or if you can use a sewing machine, and buy extra elestic, (from a craft store or even walmart) and sew it in the bottom where the elastic origanally was. Chances are the elastic in the dress aren't very high quality.

Yes you can! Yellow will take green dye with little trouble as yellow is on of the two colours that make up green. Use any store bought dye, follow the instructions carefully and you should be successful. The green might be a bit brighter because of the yellow, but overall you should be successful.

I am looking for a high quality 100% cotton white, fitted, button down dress shirt for my wife. Can someone recommend a good designer and/or place to purchase? I had in mind something similar to what I wear (a lot of Charles Tywhitt), but far more femine and fitted, obviously. To be very specific, something in the x-small to small range, slightly longer arms but shorter torso. Maybe even shirts that do not tuck in. I only need to buy her one or two at most, so price isn't as much of a concern as getting a very nicely made sharp cotton shirt. Any suggestions welcome.
