Embroidered Cotton Dress

My dress is a BCBG Max Azria Peony Embroidered Cotton Dress that hits about knee-length. I need an expert to help me find the perfect shoes and accessories and possibly hairstyle to compliment this dress and acheive the perfect ensemble.

A cotton embroidered dress which I should have taken to the dry cleaner was washed and machine dried at home by me. Now it has gotten smaller and shorter, that dress is very expensive and I really wish I can restore it to its original form. Is there a way to undue the damage? Please help

since it's shrunken i don't see how it would be possible to restore it, since you did not dry clean, perhaps you can take it to a tailor and have them fashion something else from the material (a top, or a mini skirt or shorts).

I am trying to find a padded dress cover for my daughter who is a figure skater. She has seen lots of others at competitions with the padded version which have been embroidered and personalised with rhinestones etc.

Despite searching everywhere I cannot find one, and her next competition is not until April, so can't ask other parents now either.

The only ones I can find are nylon, which are unsuitable, or cotton for wedding dresses, but they are not padded.

I'm dying to get a summer dress like this:

-White
-Cotton
-Floaty sort of semi-sheer fabric--like in areas where it has lace/embroidering/eyelets/etc.
-About knee length, no shorter than the one in my photo below
-Short sleaves
-Preferably a scoop or square neck
-Some sort of texture at least on parts, like in the photo
