I'm trying to find a simple cotton summer dress that's affordable. I want it casual enough to wear to school, just like a cotton dress that's fit for the summer like a floral pattern. I'm having some trouble finding one so i need little help. If you find anything please post a link with something specific. Thanks for your help

I'm dying to get a summer dress like this:

-White
-Cotton
-Floaty sort of semi-sheer fabric--like in areas where it has lace/embroidering/eyelets/etc.
-About knee length, no shorter than the one in my photo below
-Short sleaves
-Preferably a scoop or square neck
-Some sort of texture at least on parts, like in the photo
