I have a dress with blue and white stripes that I want to dye black, but I'm wondering if it will dye unevenly since the dress is striped. It is almost all cotton, except for the inside, which is polyester. Will the stripes show after I dye it?

I have a purple dress with black stripes, and it is short and cute. It's kind of like a t-shirt dress as its cotton, but it is sleeveless....I was wondering what kind of shoes would you wear with it?

good question botanylife. i'm at work, and i'm a private security guard at a mansion and the nanny's car battery died as she left for home. i gave her a jump and some how i got grease on my dress shirt.
I don't know if u are still taking answers but all you need to do is rub some Dawn dish liquid (the original blue one) into the grease and wash on cold. If there's alot of grease rub again and wash again before drying. Dawn will get the grease out.
I swear i'm not a murderer. I had a cut on my finger that rubbed against my brand new shirt, It really ruined my day. Any suggestions? It's mainly white with thin/light grey and black stripes
If you just did it, then run it under cold water so it does not set.
Then before you wash it, get the SpraynWash Dual Power and pretreat the stain, then wash your shirt in cold water. You may have to do this more than once but don't put it in the dryer until you get out the stain otherwise it will be set for life. Hope that helps!
