its a 100% cotton long sleeve button up shirt .i bought it i thought it would be ok but when i wore it the shirt was to short everything else like neck and sleeve was okey... it was just like short help!!! btw i am a guy

Soak the smaller part in vinegar, press and seal in a large ziplock bag. Leave for 12--24 hours, remove and wash. The vinegar reacts with the gluten in the cotton, stretching it. If it's too wide, it can always be taken in.

The sleeves are a little tight and slightly short. Is there a way to fix that? And I wouldn't mind it being like a little bit bigger in general. Is there a way to do that too? Thank you. Oh and the shirt is like a button up shirt its made of 97% cotton.

Hey everyone! So, this year I started grade nine at a Catholic high school. We are expected to wear uniforms, which include black pants (cannot be yoga pants or black jeans), and white tops we have to buy with the school crest on them. Tops I have:

-Ladies Murker Blouse
-Unisex button up short sleeve dress shirt
-Red polar fleece vest
-Oversized grey zipper sweater
-Long sleeve woman's cotton t-shirt
-Short sleeve woman's cotton t-shirt
-Short sleeve men's t-shirt

The thing is, none of the shirts seem to fit right. I have the smallest size in everything, but they are too wide around the tummy, the sleeves are too short, and most of them are too short. How can I make them prettier?

I'm a little bit of an expert on school uniforms. nbd.

Making your uniform fit...
- Buy a cute, fitted white oxford button-down polo and sew your school's crest onto it
- Because your shirts are too big and have no shape or body, buy it a few sizes too big and then wear a cute belt around your stomach to show off your hips
- Buy a cool tie and wear it as either a belt or around your neck
- Wear a bright colored, lacy camisole under your shirt, unbutton it and let the lace hang out at the bottom

Accessorize your uniform..
- Wear bold nailpolish !
- Wear different bracelets and bangles
- Wear bright colored socks and kickass shoes
- Experiment with hair styles

Lastly, have confidence (: Everything looks better on someone with confidence.

I am wearing black slacks and a white cotton button up, short sleeved shirt with black flats.

is this too dressy? the shirt is actually pretty casual but looks good with the black slacks. i am 17 and this is my first ever job. its a family owned, small cafe that specializes in breakfast.. i might be a dishwasher or a busser, or even a hostess!

I have a job interview today at 3 p.m. for a hostess at Dennys, what should I wear?

I have lots of skinny jeans (dark blue, black, gray, white, yellow, light blue, and dark gray) and also one pair of regular jeans (light blue), I don't think that will be appropriate though. I have nude panty hose, is that appropriate?

As far as tops go, I have a long sleeved plain black dress shirt (cotton, collared) similar to this: http://www.velvetgarden.net/images/photo s/20071018-49.jpg, white, black, and green regular polyester collared shirts, I have a short sleeved black collared shirt with teal trim it's a stiff material & it's very slimming, I have regular tank tops to wear underneath.

Shoes- I have leopard print flats, two pairs of black HIGH heels, plain black Vans.

Honestly as far as jobs go Dennys is the bottom of the barrel just show up clean and not trashy looking and you most likely get the job those jobs are a dime a dozen and they will hire anyone. Because most restaurant jobs especially trashy places like Denny's people dont keep very long because they suck, but it seems like your young so if thats all you can get good luck,
