I really want to get a yellow cotton floor length halter dress made but i don't know how much it would cost. It wouldn't have almost any detail soo how much do you think it would cost?

I purchased a dress made of 70% cotton and 30% silk satin. There are no care instructions anywhere on the garment. Should it be dry cleaned or hand-washed in cold? Any insight would be appreciated! Thank you!

Dry cleaning is the safest bet, but if I had made the garment, I would have probably prewashed (and therefore pre-shrunk) the fabric, making it washable. But you don't know what the manufacturer did, nor do you know what interfacings, etc., the manufacturer used.

Try calling the company who made the dress to ask (if they're in the US, they're violating federal law, btw):

It's a very thin fabric. The lining is 100% cotton. The care instructions say "Hand wash cold. Lay flat to dry. Do not wring. Do not dry clean." It's very wrinkled.
If I can't iron it, then how can I get the wrinkles out?

No cotton isn't stretchy, it's open and flowing, and very soft if washed with softener.

Poly types of matterial are stretchy like stretch pants and elastic tops. They can blend cotten with these matterials.

cotton knit is comparable to your bed sheets. (if you have cotton bed sheets) they cost alot more then 50% poly fiber and 50% cotton.

Just look at the tags before you buy. I have only seen cotton knit dresses/clothing if they are hand made because it's more expensive to make full cotton items. So just check the tags.
