I think it would be very difficult to make cotton candy without a machine. There is a toy machine for about $50.00 that will workm but the optput is very low. It can take 20 to 30 minutes to make your fist cone.
Here in Los Angeles you can buy bags of premade cotton candy at the movie rental stores. I found that the candy in the bag doesn't taste as fresh as when made by machine.
Professional machines start at around $700.00 for a new machine!
It says that it need 25 Amp line and 120 Volts for it to operate. I don't know if the electricity at my home can work or not?

You would need a specially installed outlet for this to work. The normal electric circuit in a home has a 20 amp circuit breaker and the wire installed is usually #12, which in only rated for up to 20 amps.
You would need both larger wire and a 25 amp circuit breaker to use this candy machine.
