Cotton Tank Dress

There's this country club and they have a party like twice a year. It's just kids and it's sorta like bar mitzvah attire. I went to the one in the fall and I wore this dress:

Except the dress I wore had tank top sleeves and was cinched at the bust, like a babydoll top.

So the spring one is coming up in March and I'm looking for a dress to wear. Preferably not too expensive. I really like the style of the dress above. People wear short bubble tank dresses to this dance, sorta like this one:

I like that one a lot, but I would like other options as well. So a bubble tank dress sorta like that? Links please?

I'm tall and need plain cotton tanktops for my screen printing class that are long - not like a dress, just longer. I know these are in fashion (long tops) now but I can't seem to find any that aren't ribbed!

Double-needle ribbed binding on neck and armholes.
100% combed ring-spun cotton.
Double-needle bottom hem.

The shoes are 5 and 3/4 high peep-toe slingbacks. The dress is a cotton/spandex blend that has tank top type straps and hits the knee. I'm just not sure black patent goes with black clothing at all....
What is your opinion?

Yes, it is. Those kind of shoes are classic. But a safari style such like Zebra or Cheetah will give the dress a better appeal. Because that style is in right now for this spring.

Okay so I came across this picture of this dress.
And i think it's really cute.
I tried Hollister, Mandee, DEB, wet seal......and none of them have cotton dresses up (im guessing because its still winter, but i've seen denim shorts and tank tops for sale)
So uhhh can anyone help me out?
