i am looking for cotton stuffing for my baby's pillow, but were not able to find it in Joanne or other local fabric stores. Does anyone know where i can get them in Southern CA?
Why not use cotton batting. If you pull it apart I'm pretty sure it would work. Pillows are just batting rolled up and a cover over it. Good luck!
recomend plastic sheets though) E6000 glue, pleather (good ol walmart) foam, cotton stuffing, 2 leather straps, buckles and a drawer hinge. The ...
I want to make no sew fleece pillows the ones that you tie each of the cut pieces of fleece together, but I want to know if you HAVE to put an already made pillow inside or if you can just use cotton stuffing to fill the inside. help please!?
A purchased pillow form is probably best for this, but if you want to use cotton stuffing, or loose polyfil, take the panty part of an old pair of pantyhose, cut the legs leaving enough of them to tie in an overhand knot, turn the panty inside out (so the knots are inside), fill it fairly square, and overcast sew the open end.
has a finely stichted dress? Also how would you store this item and how would you display it without something happening to it?
Find a glass/wooden box to display the doll. I would clean it with a soft damp cloth then store it away. If you cannot find a display box then get a curio cabinet for it.
Oh and the most important aspect.....give it lots of TLC and handle with care!

the edges? And is a 5 ft by 3.5 blanket a good size for my 3.5 yr old? her little blanket her great grandmother made her is getting a little small and worn.
That's a good size. She can cuddle up under it.

I making little stuff dolls that are about 2 inches tall for my daughter who is two. Can I use cotton instead of stuffing?
They won't be washed. They are only for playing with in the living room and in her dolls house. I can take them apart easilt enough if the fabric gets dirty.
you can use anything you like.
