Cotton Netting

I was looking for cotton mosquito netting to use on my porch. I'd rather go into a store and buy it rather than online, but any suggestions are good.

Well go to a store that sells to fishermen or hunters - sports outfitters.
I bought tulle by the meter at a fabric store and used it around the window in the baby's room and it worked as good as mosquito netting.

For example, the bag will say 100 Jumbo sized cotton balls, or 300 cotton balls, but a net weight of cotton is never listed. Why?
Almost every other product on the market is sold by weight, so I was wondering why cotton is exempt from this rule. For example, a bag of 100 Jumbo sized cotton balls from one manufacturer could weigh far more, or less, than the same product produced by another manufacturer. Why is cotton exempt from weight standards?

It would be too hard to be accurate with the weight. Besides, you use cotton by the ball, not by the pound, so you need to know how many balls are in a bag. Suppose you had a project that needed 150 balls of cotton, you'd need to know how many were in a bag in order to know how many bags to buy.

Where can i find a manufacturer, warehouse, maker or seller of Cotton Net T shirts outside of the U.S for example the main manufacturers are Pakistan and India but i want to know the names of the companies at least or websites where i can contact them.

Anybody out there have a source for Fruit of the Loom 3930 Tagless Short-Sleeve Blank 100% cotton tees that come in 4X with colors other than white. This is for wearing, not printing. I know that Wal-mart sells them, but typically only seasonally, and only in a few colors, typically red, blue, black, etc...

All of the major online retailers seem to stop selling colors above 3x. I know they make them! Any leads will be appreciated.
