Cotton Long Underwear

An emerging concern in the medical field in the past decade is the thought that exposure of the skin to sunlight will eventually cause skin cancer. So skin needs to be covered up with long pants, long sleeved shirt, hat, and beard if you can grow one. But it seems that the untraviolet can get through the weave of some fabrics.
So, for better protection, you need two layers of cloth. First, you put on a set of lightweight cotton long underwear and then your outer clothing. Best would be a long sleeved white shirt that fits loosely so that it will reflect the sunlight.
So is this a good idea?

Possibly. But if you wear long underwear in the summer you will get really hot (unless you live in Antarctica) and then will die of heat stroke. Frankly I'd rather live a little longer than die trying to prevent myself from dying.

Cotton will take awhile to dry so you'd be better off with some other kind or you could bring an extra pair so it wouldn't even matter

Hello, I love Abercrombie women's underwear, it was a 96% cotton, 4% spandex blend that was super-comfortable, cute and stylish, and came in a number of styles like boy shorts, high cut with ribbons on the side, etc. Since they no longer make them, I would appreciate knowing what other women like to wear that is comfortable, functional, and cute and stylish.

If the cotton garments are magic and bulletproof, you would think that Mormons would be less likely to join the long and exhausting list of bodies being shipped home.

Mormons do seem to like to be loyal to the military and to Republican causes.

I am not suggesting that they actually join the military. I am just asking if their odds would be higher than those of some others if they did.

Young mormons in the armed services usually have not been to the temple to have their 'endowments', and thus are not compelled nor permitted to wear 'garments'.

Also, certain duties required strict adherence to the uniform of the day, which may require US issue underwear. If the insistence of wearing 'garments' jeopardizes the unit and it's mission, he won't last long.
