Cotton Logo

The shirts are white cotton of good quality and I don't want to throw them away, I would like to remove the embroidered logo in the shirt pocket. If you have a trick please let me know, or know of some tool I can use.

First off be very patient. Most embroidered designs are done with a lock stitch technique which means that every stitch must be individually removed. With that said, you should definitely invest in an inexpensive seam ripper (1 to 2 dollars tops) as they have a fine tip and razor edge to cut rather than pull the thread.
Once you have removed all the threads, you should steam the area so that the individual fibers begin to come together to hide the place where the logo was. The really tricky part is making the area where the stitching used to be look like the rest of the shirt. Give it time, a few washes and ironings and you should be fine.

I have a 100%, pre-shrunk, cotton shirt with a company logo on the upper left side of the shirt, it appears to be "stamped" or "ironed" on, the logo is all white. Also, if you just lightly touch the logo with your finger and move your finger back and forth over the logo and the shirt the logo "feels" ever so slightly "raised". It appears this logo is made of some kind of "rubbery" substance, the texture of the logo is different from the shirt, the logo does not go through the shirt, if you feel the shirt, inside out, under the logo, it just feels like the rest of the shirt, not "raised". Is it possible to remove this logo without damaging the shirt?

The logo is a silk screen print, probably a product called "Plax" an ink that requires ultraviolet light to cure (dry). You can't get it off.

I am helping out at a day camp and the shirt they gave me is way too big. I need to shrink it without ruining the logo, any ideas?

BEST ANSWER!
first flip the shirt inside out (make sure the logo is on the inside)
then wash it in hot water.
after take it out of the washer machine or whatever/however you washed it and shake/flash it out with your hands(this should take about 5 seconds).
last put it in the dryer (if you have one) and dry it when you take it out the dryer flip the shirt back to the correct side and take of all the lint and done!
(if you dont have a dryer just hang it up to dry and when it is dry flip it back to the correct side and take of all the lint..done!)

Looking to start my own clothing line and need to produce an idea to a possible invester. I need to know how to print my own logos on the label and how can i get my wacky designs printed. One of my designs is a plain tshirt with my logo stitched on the left pec. Can i do this myself and get an authentic look?

No, you might have to pay someone else to do it for you.
As for the logos. You need to get hooked up with a local print shop to do your logos for you. Also, ask around for Stichers, or Sewers. People who sew or that do embroidering on clothes like patches & Iron tranfers to help you with your T-shirt idea. That would be your best bet. Look for people who know what are doing because this is your art, your concepts and ideas, etc. Good luck
