I bought a really good quality pair of cotton leggings (it does have some spandex in it)
and after wearing them a couple times, they arent as tight anymore and not completely fitted in the knee area (that whole area is kind of stretched out) .. does it look okay if leggings are a little loose?
and also, can cotton leggings be worn with a dressier outfit (like a fancy long shirt) or do only shiny/spandex, nylon leggings look good for dressier outfits.
leggings should be tight i`m afraid... `knees` just show the leggins are well worn out :(
the shiny ones are best i think - so go for it :)

I need a paint that defiantly won't run on cotton, any suggestions?
It depends on how long you want the stripes to stay on the socks. If you're just going to wear them once for something than acrylic paint would probably work.
Your best bet though if you're going to paint the stripes on would be to buy some fabric paint at an arts & crafts store.

i'd wear them under a short skirt or dress. don't wear them as pants unless you're wearing a really long shirt since that looks trashy. (i've been tempted to do it myself but i resisted) i'd say they'de look super cute under a short denim skirt and a white button up shirt. or any sort of colored dress would be cute. you could def wear them with heels if you wore them like that.
