I had a dentist apt today and could still never wonder why and the hell they use the gauze.

It is slippery when wet!!!

All you'll need is K&N recharger kit and cold water. You can buy the cleaning kit at any auto parts store for around $12.00

i'm on my third day now, still bleeding a little, but i'm all out of gauze. Are cotton balls ok or are there some side effects i could get from them?

From expirience, they stick to everypart of your mouth and leave the little fibers in there. When I used them, they came apart. Gauze or evne folding a small piece of a paper towel would work (: just something where it doesn't come apart and leave fibers easily.

I am getting a tattoo on Friday, I have to wear a dress for graduation on Saturday. The tattoo is going on my ribs, and the dress is a bit form fitted around my ribs. To prevent rubbing I wanted to put a thin piece of gauze over the tattoo. I will be in the dress for probably about 12 hours. Is this ok? Or should I reschedule my tattoo??

Definately reschedual your tattoo. People will tell you all different kinds of information about how long and how much your tattoo will ooze. truth is, it varies for every person and for every part of your body. so even if people with tattooed ribs tell you it's ok, you can't be sure. on average, tattoos will leak body fluids and ink out of the skin for 2 days. during these two days, its important that you can clean your tattoo every couple hours and apply healing ointment as well. but most importantly, your tattoo needs to breath! after you get it done it will stay wrapped for two hours but you cant wrap it back up after this. your tattoo oozes because it has not completely formed scabs yet. if you apply ointment and wrap it, the scabs that are begining to form will soak up the ointment and slide off. the ones that havent formed yet wont be able to. you can loose alot of ink this way and your tattoo will look awful when it heals. obviously, you have to reschedual. its just much safer for both your tattoo and your dress.. congrats on graduating by the way!

I am going to sew an outfit for my daughter. I have some white cotton gauze fabric and was wondering if I should wash it first before starting my project like you do with other cotton fabrics. Will this fabric shrink signifigantly? Also, does anyone know if the crinkles will come out and stay out after doing this. I would love it if they did but if they don't thats fine too.

The crinkles in the gauze cloth will stay put. Just wash in hot water with a bit of detergent and tumble dry as you will the finished garment. It will shrink enough that you don't want to make the garment then wash it.

I really hate puckered seams when I get dumb and don't wash first.
