I have an Ebay Store. Bizzy B's. I use the colored cotton balls to make Barbie size Cotton Candy. I was lucky enough to fine 1 bag at a close out store from a company that went out of business. I have searched and searched and searched on the internet. No they don't sell them at our Target or WalMart Walgreens or CVS nor Beauty Supply Places. I have looked everywhere. The only place I found on the internet was in China and then I have to purchase thousands of bags. I only need a few!! Serious answers only. I am raising money to purchase a headstone for my 27 year old son that passed away from brain cancer. If you have them at stores near you, I will even pay you to ship some to me. Please !!!!!

Colored cotton balls like colored toilet paper are a thing of the past(the dyes used caused allergic reactions or sensitivity in some people). You can make your own by dunking regular cotton balls in food coloring diluted in water. It takes a while to dry, but it works. Just be careful to not sqeeze them too much or they get flat and matted.

Since I have dirty blonde hair, and I'm dying it cotton candy pink (from RAW), I want to get a 20 volume bleach. What one is the best?? My hair is on the lighter side of dirty blonde so do you think i even need to bleach it for it to be bright??

If you want it to be super bright then you should bleach it first..or do a color correction (it find it less damaging on the hair.) the ion color correction kit is great! very easy to use but i will warn you..it smells HORRIBLE! haha

i would recommend the Ion 20 volume developer..it is really gentle on your hair and doesn't have a harsh smell.
