Cotton Boxer Shorts

Mainly, I need to find a company in India or China (or somewhere in the developing world) that can provide me with a small run (<10,000) of solid cotton boxer shorts, complete with a custom tag and small embroidery. Any specific recommendations or sites I should visit?

The cheaper the better. I am looking to spend no more than $5 per unit (all-in costs including materials, setup, manufacturing, shipping, and taxes).

Which are the best at preventing pee smells from transferring thru the underpants to the garment being worn over them.

I am finding my jeans are smelling a bit in the crotch area after a few days wear and I am wearing 65% polyester 35% cotton briefs, I have some 100% cotton would they be any better.

I am trying to wear my jeans for as long as possible to save washing and preserve them but am not having much success.
I do shake it, but how long can you stand there shaking it lol.

Besides when you shake it smalldrops of pee go everywhere and sometimes they end up on the outside of your jeans which is kinda gross in itself + I don't like standing in public toliets shaking it.

I am not circumsized which doesn't help becuase the pee gets trapped behind your foreskin, I suppose I could wipe the end of it everytime but thats a chore.

I guess what happens is that becuase the end of my nob is still wet it soils the pants right thru which then touch against the inside of the jeans and leave a smell.

I was kinda hoping 100% cotton pants might absorb stuff a bit better.
As regard to hygiene I do bath everyday and change my pants, but I guess when I go to the toilet my nob is not totally dry and then pee gets transferred to my jeans, after a few days it smells.
Right I`ve just put the smelly jeans in the washing machine, inside out on they're own at a temp of 40C as directed by the label.

I`m now wearing a new pair and I`ll see how it goes by wearing the cotton pants instead of the poly/cotton ones.

I would choose cotton. I would all so shake it a few more times. Lol
