Cotton Bowl Dallas

would it be easy to get to the Cotton Bowl from (DFW) - Dallas Fort Worth International, or from Love field in Dallas?

This video was shown to the team upon their arrival in Dallas at Cowboys Stadium and features highlights from the 2010 season.

Going to make the trip down to dallas to see the hogs play mizzou, and i was just wondering if anyone knew for a fact if they served beer during the game? Or outside the stadium before the game? I know they do for the OU-Texas game OUTSIDE the stadium, but didnt know if they would sell beer for my game since its a bowl game and all...Thanks

I am sure they sell beer inside the stadium, but not outside as they only do that for the state fair.

I have seats on the lower level, seats 28 & 29. Just curious how close they are to the aisle.

I have a feeling that LSU is headed to the Cotton Bowl, so I wanted some information on the best seating there before I buy ticket.

At the end of the South Endzone.

The Cotton Bowl in Dallas is at Fair Park which is located East of Downtown in a not so attractive part of town. That being said, I couldn't think of any hotels in the area. I did a google maps search and the first 'hotel' that pulled up was Mi Amor Motel if that gives you any ideas...
There are a couple of cool bars just outside of Fair Park on Exposition. Amsterdam and Meridian Room are pretty chill. Amsterdam has a cool jazz night on Monday and Meridian has Scar-e-oke nights on Thursday. The double wide is also cool.

Also, Dallas is not a walking city by any means. The light rail system is fairly new and only goes North and South. Check the DART website to plan accordingly or make sure you put some cab numbers in your phone.
