Clean Cotton

Okay so i have some very expensive cotton clothing and i wanted to know if anyone knew how to dry clean cotton clothing yourself, and please i would like to have srious answers please.

You cannot dry clean yourself. Dry cleaning is done in special machines with special solvents. Not for home use.

The "dryel" home dry cleaning kits do not "dry clean" the clothes. They just give you a simple all purpose stain treater and a cloth that evaporates some simple surfactants in the heat of the dryer air. Never do the clothes get "dunked" in anything so to freshen them up, it may be OK but to get them clean, that is another story.

I have a small collection of cotton hats and some that are 100% polyester.
Does anyone reccomend any solutions to cleaning them without ruining them? I'm talking about sweat stains, black marks from fingers, dust, etc.
I was once reccomended to use oxi action and a toothbrush but this takes a while and not as effective as I thought.

Go to wally world and buy some , and I don't really know what they are called, but you put your cap in them and throw them in the dish washer with whatever dish washing detergent you use , works great and they retain their shape and size. I have a couple of them and I have some old work caps I have washed several times and they still look good.

I bought Seville's Cotton Candy Maker today and tried making cotton candy as soon as I got home. It was fun. However, when it comes to cleaning, I was hell. The box said "easy to clean". Unfortunately, the manual/instruction/guide got lost in the store display so I didn't get one, and it was the last unit in the store and I didn't know where else to get it. I managed to clean the outer bowls, no problem, but how do I clean the spinner? the the place where you place the sugar--it has the most sugar residue and I can't remove it from the machine unit...How do I clean this machine?

I would assume some really hot water would do the trick. Hot water melts sugar and it's safe to use on food-service machines. Other than that, there might be some kind of sanitizing liquid you are supposed to pour in there, but maybe try the website of the company that makes the thing for that.

I read that cotton buds (as we call them in Britain) or Q-tips are bad for your ear as they push the wax back in so please what is the safe way to clean them, I feel irritated if I don't clean them out a couple of times a week...I kind of like doing it!

I have a highly valued Burberry nova check, cotton shirt. And the directions say to wash and iron and such. But I don't want the shirt to shrink. How do i tell the dry cleaner to clean it? How could I do it myself without shrinking the shirt? Its some kind of fancy cotton ,but 100% cotton.

If Its Worth A Lot I Would Hand Wash It Myself! Just Wash It And Dont Put It In The Dryer! Air Dry!
