i can't seem to find these in stores anywhere. i have a couple of them with stuff printed on them like band designs and such, but i am looking for them in solid colors (no designs). i have seen them online, but i would rather buy them in a store.

All made in the US by fairly paid workers so it rests well on your conscience as well :)
I recently purchased 2 x Fruit Of The Loom Super Premium T-Shirts which are 100% pre shrunk cotton.
They fitted great at first, but after washing them on our standard washing machine quick cycle like we do all of our other clothes they have shrunk by approx 2 inches and now do not fit properly.
I was somewhat surprised by this, no other clothes I have shrink on this washing cycle.
Granted, I might not have read the label before I washed them but I did not expect them to shrink when none of my other clothes have done.
Should I put it down to the fact that FOTL is what you would call a "cheap" clothes brand?
Thanks for your help.
Nick
I have learned years ago NOT to buy Fruit of the Loom for my husband and sons. They always shrink. I stick to Hanes or Munsingwear.

Why T-Shirts Are So Awesome! | I Am The Trend
I have been giving some thought lately as to why I love t-shirts and why there are so many avid t-shirt fans in the world. I mean after all there isn’t that much to a t-shirt, or is there? I decided to try and breakdown the idea of why we love t-shirts so much and why there are entire cultures dedicated to something as simple as a tee. What I came up with were 5 main points on why tees rock. So before I start into these reasons, I figured I would give you a bit of background into the t-shirt itself.
Brief History The t-shirt can be traced back to origins as far back as the late 1800’s when both miners and dock workers adopted them into their uniform! But really when the t-shirt started gaining popularity and traction was in the early 1900’s when the US Military started issuing t-shirts to be worn under their uniforms. In the next couple decades t-shirts also began to gain popularity in the workforce with many factory and farm workers adopting t-shirts for their comfortability, and rather low expense.
