A pen(gel) leaked in my shirt pocket. It then dried and I took it to a laundry place hoping that it would go away. There it was washed, dried and ironed. The spot was still there when I got it back.
Not much luck after the stain was set in when ironed.
You need to attack it early with hair spray or any prewash products like oxiclean.
Do not use hot water and blot the spot instead of rubbing.

First thing I would do is saturate the stain in dish detergent and soak overnight. Check it, scrub with a brush a little and then wash in COLD in your machine. When you take it out check it again. If it has helped, repeat the procedure. After the detergent soak, you can also rinse and then soak overnight in oxygen (not chlorine) bleach solution, then wash in machine. Don't apply any heat (in washer, dryer or ironing) until the stain has been removed. If the shirt is white, you can try lemon juice on the stain also.

I need to buy shirts but the best I can find in my price change and what I need for work is either a Linen/Cotton blend or a Woven Cotton. The Woven Cotton also says in the description that it is Cotton Sheeting. Which is closer to 100% Cotton, the Linen/Cotton blend or the Woven Cotton Sheeting? And, how is it different? I should also say that I do have had shirts that are about 65% Cotton, 35% Polyester that I also liked so even if it's close to that it would be fine. Please help me figure this out! I can't seem to find the right answer anywhere! It is much appreciated!
If it doesn't say anything else, woven cotton should be 100% cotton. Linen is another natural fiber, it's really cool if you sweat a lot. Cotton have different qualities though, some 100% cotton may wrinkle easily. 35% polyester is to help make it more elastic and supple.
I don't know what kind of quality you are looking in a shirt, if you want comfortable shirt they would all be fine, although linen blend would be cooler and shirts with some synthetic fibers in it will be easier to take care of and more elastic.

My father himself always tucks in his shirt, & he does own quite a few linen shirts, it doesen't look bad (especially when he wears jeans with it).
Cotton shirts are way more soft and comfortable than linen shirts. Hope I helped.

As to who – it depends on how rigid the office hierarchy is. If it is a small office, you could likely call person 1. A call to person 2 will work whether the entity is small or large. Calling person 3 might call them out on their bad task management (if that is indeed the case), and person 3 might not have even received the task from person 2.
