I am looking for a high quality 100% cotton white, fitted, button down dress shirt for my wife. Can someone recommend a good designer and/or place to purchase? I had in mind something similar to what I wear (a lot of Charles Tywhitt), but far more femine and fitted, obviously. To be very specific, something in the x-small to small range, slightly longer arms but shorter torso. Maybe even shirts that do not tuck in. I only need to buy her one or two at most, so price isn't as much of a concern as getting a very nicely made sharp cotton shirt. Any suggestions welcome.

As it is permanent marker nothing will get it out so alternatively I would take the shirt back to the store, ask to speak with the manager and tell them what the sales Lady has done. I would ask for a full refund or an exchange of goods. Good luck. :)

I wear alot of cotton polo shirts but always seem to get wrinkles at the bottom and around the back area. I work in an office where I sit at a desk and I wear my automobile seatbelt...both I've noticed cause these wrinkles. I have tried starch and a wrinkle releaser but am now at my wits' end. Can somebody help a bachelor out who is at least TRYNA look good? Thanks to all who consider my quest...
If you use fabric softener when washing them and some type of spray on ironing aid when ironing, there's nothing else you can do with pure cotton shirts. I find that a SMALL percentage of polyester in with the cotton makes a big difference. The blended shirts still feel and breathe like pure cotton, but the wrinkles don't seem to 'set'. Buy one or two and see what I mean.

I took about 6-7 dress shirts to get dry cleaned and medium starched and her eyes almost jumped out of her head!
She said that she had never heard of dress shirts getting dry cleaned-- rather, she said I should just have them wash and press them.
Is this lady crazy? I thought dress shirts should always be drycleaned if you want a nice finish?
They did a crappy job with the press any way.

maybe it's better to wash em at home, but hey, if you can afford to have em dry cleaned all the better!
