Fitted Cotton T-shirt

I need to get this new large slim fit cotton t-shirt to a medium, I bought it as a large and totally overestimated my self lol, uhm I can't return it (lost receipt and all), and I haven't washed it yet, SO If I was it on hot and dry it on hot will it come out to a medium?

If it is 100% cotton you have avery good chance of shrinking it. If it has been preshrunk or is a spandex blend not so much.
You have nothing to lose at this point, unless you can get store credit(?)

Hi there I finally found some cool shirts but they fit too snug. There 100% COTTON, is there any method of stretching them out to make them fit looser??????

Put something in them to stretch them out. Leave them stretched for a while (a day or two should do it, depending on how stretched the object(s) make them), then take the stuff out.

I have several t shirts that after washing, have become too small. Does anyone know of a systematic way of strechting cotton t shirts so that they fit better?

I never dry mine in the dryer. I will put them in for 5 minutes to fluff them after washing then hang them up either over a clothes line or on a hanger.
While they are wet you can kind of pull or tug at the areas that are snug on you. Or after reshaping just lay them flat somewhere to dry.

I just received an excellent t-shirt as a gift its 100% cotton & its size large,it fits its just a little tight.

Is ther any way to stretch it out to loosen it a bit?

Dont want to offend by giving it back or giving it away.
Its only a little too tight around the chest & shoulders but ok every where else.

yes wash it and while its wet pull it length wise and put your arms in the shirt not the sleeves and open it up as far asit will give because if you do it too much it may loose its shape

I wanted some white v-neck t-shirts. I didn't buy womens because they're fitted, I want them loose. So I bought mens, but they only had mediums.

I'm 14, and I'm crazy skinny.

How can I shrink the shirts to be smaller?

They're Hanes V-neck tagless t-shirts.
It's more the length, the way it fits all over, it ok, if it shunk a little I'd like it, but its no big deal if it doesn't/

if they are 100% cotton you can try soaking them in very hot water and drying them on a high setting
