Cotton Sport Shirt

I'm looking for an easy way to make a customized cotton t-shirt with a number and nickname on the back, resembling a sports t-shirt. I don't want to order them in bulk, though, and I'm not creative enough to make one from scratch.

Are their t-shirt printing sites with a template for such things?

100% cotton sports shirt, too big for me.
I'm going to try to shrink it by hot wash and hot dry
The sports shirt has rubberish/plasticish decals on the front
and back.
Will hot washing and hot drying ruin the decals at all?

I got it for an early xmas present off ebay .. (no returns) and it would be waste of $$$ for my fam & i..

it could, they can start to peel a bit if they shrink. you can't really iron them either as that causes them to melt somewhat. However, the shirt will probably not shrink all that much either. You may need to return the shirt and get a smaller one, if you can

I commonly receive t-shirts that are too big (from team sports to club groups) I have one that I would like to try shrinking. How do I go about doing that?

1. Wash the T-shirt in very hot water and add baking soda if you want to preserve writings or illustrations.
2. Iron the shirt with a hot iron while it is extremely damp.
Push the iron from the outer edges of the garment toward the inside so that the garment is not inadvertently stretched as you iron.
3. Dry the shirt in a tumble dryer set to maximum heat. This is when the majority of the shrinking will take place. Leave the shirt in the dryer for a few minutes after the dryer.
If it is still too big put it in the dryer again at a very hot temperature.

My body type looks awful in 100% cotton, when it stretches out I look like a box! I have a tiny rib cage and clothing that has spandex keeps my form visible...the only store that I've found to have spandex in all of their shirts is Bebe Sport. And some of Charlotte Russe. Does anyone have any other recources?

Espirit has alot of spandex clothes. I know what you mean, i hate 100 percent cotton because it gets baggy! You can try Forever 21 also.
