How can i tell if my paul smith jeans top is a fake?

It is a mens stripe jumper/long sleeve t.shirt and 100%cotton. It has a small "s" label on the inside neck but no paul smith one. it has a tag that says paul smith on the bottom letf outside seem and a wash label inside that says its made in china. i want to return it as i think its a fake but i want to be sure. Shuoldnt it have a paul smith one in the neck?

Does it look good? If yes, why do you care who made it? If no, why keep it even if it is authentic?

Transform your long sleeve t-shirt

I know how much you guys love reconstructing old t-shirts, and also many of you ask me if I can make something more warm :) This is a way to ...

making longer sleeves?

I just got a 100% cotton t-shirt and its fine, but the sleevs are a little too short. What's a good way to stretch them?
Can't i stretch the sleeves like how i would stretch a shirt?

I'd go to a store that specializes in sewing and ask them what to do.

How can i shrink my clothes without it fading too much?

i have 3 100% cotton shirts that need to be shrinked,
1 black long sleeved
1 white t-shirt with some drawing/picture on it
1 polo shirt.
how can i shrink these without them "fading" or "wearing out"?

thanks

I am very small and have to shrink my clothes all the time. I just put a large pot on the stove and put them in boiling water and "cook" them a little while. Do it one piece at a time. Then I put them in the dryer on High Heat for 2 hours. Sometimes I have shrunk things toooooooo small!

Locating a certain type of shirt (for a guy)?

Ok, so this is probably a tall order, but I could use some suggestions for products.

I tend to be very picky about the shirts I wear, and I've been striking out try to find some in local stores.

My typical daily shirt is a long-sleeve button down. But I really prefer a certain style:
---100% cotton. I hate the feel of synthetics (even blends), and synthetics don't seem to handle the Florida heat all too well (lightweight cotton is ideal down here).
---Plain colors or simple patterns. Solids or thin striping/checks. I'm partial to light colors, since I'm very light-skinned with brown hair and hazel eyes.
---Non-dressy fabric styles. I'm a network administrator in a very casual office (polos are norm, IT staff goes as casual as jeans+tee). Poplin, sateen, etc all appear *too* dressy for my workplace.
---Not too pricey. Shirts often get dirty or torn when poking around in underfloor cabling ducts or working on metal cases, and I'd rather not have to worry about ruining $100+ shirts on common accidents like these (or trying to remember to strip down to a T-shirt every time).

I can never seem to find shirts that match all of those criteria. Either they are the right material and color, but in sateen or poplin, or they are the right material and weave, but in a horrendous color pattern. Even trickier is finding them in a Small (even through B&M store's websites, let alone actually finding Small size shirts in the stores).

Anyone know of a spot where I might find something. B&M stores would be nice, but I'm willing to gamble and order some online.

Thanks in advance!

I've never heard of B&M. Are you from the UK?
Anyways. in America, stores such as H&M, American Eagle, Express, Gap, and Heritage 1981 have 100% cotton button-downs. I like to wear them too, and also enjoy them being 100% cotton.
