I have used the Jerzeez 50/50 and they seem to shrink in length, I'm looking for standard and fashion tees for men, women, and kids.
Alot of clients complain that the 50/50 is also to thin. And is 100% cotton better than blend as in the quality and preference. Any information is greatly apperciated. Thanks

I have a childrens clothing line concept that i have been developing and refining for years and get stuck on things like Do you screen print or use transfers printed on computer, do I use a manufacturer, do I start out small from home and print only what's ordered via internet... I have spent hours and hours scanning the internet for suppliers of Blank items (t-shirts, rompers, bibs sweatshirts) and other baby wear and am having trouble finding many wholesalers full stop!!! and generally the ones I do come across are based O.S. I would like to use Australia 100% cotton items preferably as I'm based in Australia. I am quite happy to use O.S as long as they send here. I can't believe it's such a limited market as the same names come up on the net over and over again! Does anyone please know of a reliable company for a starting point - even China would be great as I only need the blank items so I can create my designs on them.
Tirupur in Tamil nadu India is a reliable source for your requirement, You can try there.

Impressions magazine is the trade bible of the screen printing industry.
50/50 blanks are OK for many applications. 100% is best if working with water-based inks.
Avoid the Pakistani and Bangladeshi blanks. They are much cheaper, but of indifferent workmanship, and woven from the short fiber cotton of the Indian Subcontinent. (The medium fiber of indigenous New World cotton is the reason for its continuing popularity.)

Check your local phone book for wholesale clothing suppliers. You can get a price break from them because they deal in larger quantities. That way, you can purchase higher quality, name-brand tees, such as Haines Beefy Ts for prices lower than you can get low quality retail purchases of off brand shirts.
Each wholesaler will determine what their minimum purchas might be. Often, it will be as low as a dozen shirts. When I used to do custom airbrushed tees, my local supplier would sell me as few as a dozen, and would even let me specify sizes, styles and colors, mixed in that dozen.
Depending on your particular use for the shirts, sales tax may be an issue. If you plan to resell the printed shirts, you might not have to pay sales tax, depending on the rules in your state. IF you find a supplier, they should be able to advise you on this.
