100 Cotton Robe

I've tried the usual Brooks Brothers, Casual Male XL, etc. He's tall (6'2'') so I want a larger/longer size so it doesn't look so short. Since he also wears a 2X in shirts, I'm assuming I need robes that will come in that size. A one size fits all won't be good; he's tried those on and they are too small. I want this to be a nice gift, like a spa or hotel quality robe, so $100 or so is just fine.

I'd also really like to get it in Navy Blue, not White. Cotton terrycloth (not those velour or waffle knits) is a must.

im looking at robes..both 100% cotton

nothing they are both cotton, the velour has a softer plush texture, which feels nicer when wearing it..

This probably seems like a really obvious question, but I was thinking about getting one and I wanted to know like some of the pros and cons of a 100% cotton terrycloth robe.

Terry cloth is more absorbant than other materials that they make robes out of, so if you put it on after you get out of the shower you will be dry faster than if you had say, a fleece robe for instance.

JC Penney used to carry this brand in their stores and in the catalog but now does not carry it either place and I've been unable to find it anywhere else. The gowns and robes are made of 100%cotton and are very comfortable and long wearing. Thanks in advance for any assistance anyone can offer.

for not alot of money. I f you want a different house besides Gryffindor the put the correct color lining in it and don't get a patch from ebay those are all fake! I just took the picture from the tie,blew it up and put it on my robes. But my costumes was not 100% cotton mine is fleece. You can get a sweater from wizarduniforms.com/ in any house you want.
