Cotton Queen Bed

If they are sliding off cause the queen's are too big then you may have a double size bed. But if its cause the queen sheets are to tight on the mattress, then I guess you could use king. I have that problem too and only buy queen sheets that have Deep pockets.

I have been unable to find a store or internet site based in the UK to purchase fitted cotton sheets for a European Queen size bed (160x200 cm). Heals furniture used to supply them but have now stopped, does anyone know of somewhere to buy these in the UK?

I don't think the Martha Stewart brand of anything be inferior because it is sold in K-Mart. I bought the queen sized set, 500 count, Egyptian cotton sheets to fit 17"-18" mattress. I measured my mattress - 12". The fitted sheet doesn't even go over all 4 corners. The flat sheet is way too wide as one side is positioned at a good length on one side of the bed and falls on the floor on the other!! The label indicated that the more the sheets are washed the softer they get. I've washed them once before using. Will they get smaller with each washing? I don't think any name-brand item be of inferior quality even if it is sold in "low-priced" stores. This sheet set was on sale but that should not make a difference. I am very disappointed that I didn't get "Martha Stewart" quality when I purchased the sheet set. I am not at all happy with my purchase and if I could get a message to Stewart, I would let her know how I feel. Anyone else have the same problem??

She's a mean, mean woman so be careful. Best to just return the sheets and try JC Penny for good quality at a good price.

...if you were asked to write about it in a very descriptive paragraph so the reader can perfectly envision. EXP: As I lay in my queen-sized bed, the egyptian cotton of the sheets gently caress my skin as I.....I dunno...ok dumb example but i think you get the idea..

My twin size bed with the extra deep mattress is the only thing that truely supports me. The gold comforter with pink roses is neatly framed by a soft pink sheet carefully folded over the top edge, inviting me to pull it up and slide in. The comforter holds court over a vanilla dust ruffle and throw pillows in various shades of rose and pink.

I was looking for a sheek modern bedspread that doesn't involve silk..but I couldn't find anything, I really like black and white together but also was out of luck.

The first one looks more fresh and new! It jumps out at you while the other one looks like it could get old quickly. And if you really want to add purple in the bedding, you could always put in purple sheets and pillows to make the first one more fun. And a big purple run underneath it, maybe a flokati? That would look great. And if you got some big spotlights, the first bedspread would really make your bed stand out more!

Now answer mine? I really need help, its been up there for hours...
