100 Cotton Bed

Has any of you had positive experiences with 100% cotton bed linens that are wrinkle resistant?
I buy 100% cotton bed linens, but these always come out with lots of wrinkles when I take them out of the clothes dryer.
When I read reviews on bed linens that are listed as wrinkle-free, reviewers state that, based on their experience, these linens are not wrinkle-free.

I've found that the regular Ralph Lauren cotton sheets tend to wash and dry fairly smoothly. Also any sheets made of long-staple Egyptian cotton. One thing that really helps is to use those plastic knobby dryer balls in the dryer. They beat the sheets around and help keep wrinkles from settling. Also dry them on the "permanent press' cycle and take them out as soon as the dry cycle is done or they will wrinkle as they cool. Using liquid fabric softener in the rinse cycle, instead of dryer sheets, also helps. As they get older and used more, they tend to get softer. The newer sheets often have 'sizing" in the fabric that takes a few washes to get out. Avoid sheets that have those woven stripe patterns in the fabric -- they tend to pucker.

My sister got period blood on my bed (I know it's gross, that's why i want to wash it out) so how can I clean that? I don't know if it makes a difference but my bed sheets are 100% organic cotton. My bed sheets are brown..so I can't bleach it or anything.. any suggestions??
I really love my bedsheets and I don't want to throw them out. They just match perfectly with my room.

Try some hydrogen peroxide directly to the stains. Soak in cold water, keep pouring peroxide directly on the stains until gone...

I have done my research but I am still "iffy" about a few sites. I don't want to spend $100+ on bed sheets and then end up with a crappy product. I have looked at Linens & Things and Anippe.com but I'm not sure on the quality. Please help! Thanks!

My advice to you is not to buy this type of item online. How would you know what you are getting if you can't touch and feel the item? Photographs can easily lie. The camera doesn't always see what the naked eye would see. This is why I rarely buy clothes and shoes online, unless it's standard sandals or something.

The quality of Linens and Things is pretty true to what they say, or if you buy from one the well established department store websites like Neiman Marcus, or Nordstrom etc.

Have used just plain baking soda, fabric softener and regular Wisk liquid and the sheets still make me itch. I washed the material in warm water and tumble dried them on low heat setting.

Try washing them in white vinegar and water with nothing else because the vinegar will wash away any left over chemical residue. Then dry them without dryer sheets. Good luck.

i put a weight from my nephews weight bench(which hadn't been used lately, hence the rust) on top of sheet i was dying to hold it down.

rust remover. I had a white pair of painters pants that had rust from hangers on them and it took it off of them just added it to the washing machine water like bleach and washed them by themselves.
